Length is the first check
Use the zipper length specified by your sewing pattern. Available lengths vary by product and colour, so check the options on the product page.
Size describes the zipper chain
Most of this range is #3 nylon coil. The YKK #2.5 products are listed separately. Match the specified size rather than choosing by colour alone.
Closed-end or continuous?
A closed-end zipper stays joined at its bottom stop. Continuous zipper chain is sold by the yard. They are different constructions, so check which your project requires.
Look at the slider
The main #3 closed-end range uses a standard coil puller. The 28-inch white style has a pin lock coil slider, stated in its product details.
For a longer opening
The 60-inch closed-end zippers are commonly used for duvet covers. The 28-inch pin lock option is commonly used for cushions and upholstery. Check your project’s own specification before ordering.
